- The Patio can seat up to 200 guests theater style for a ceremony
- The Patio can accommodate an outdoor cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony and includes an small indoor adjoining space
Outdoor Covered Pavilion
The Chadwick's rustic Pavilion offers white patio chairs, paddle fans and beautiful surrounding landscaping.
Availability: Late April thru early November
- The Pavilion can seat up to 140 guests theater style for a ceremony
- The Pavilion can accommodate an outdoor cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony
Indoor Sterling Room
The Chadwick's Sterling Room offers a large formal window, pillars and white garden chairs
Availability: Year round
- The Sterling Room can seat up to 130 guests theater style for a ceremony
When booking The Chadwick for your Wedding Ceremony, you receive:
- Accommodations to rehearse your ceremony with your bridal party and officiant
- An attendant who will assist in coordinating the bridal party to go “down the aisle”
- Use of a changing room for the bride and her attendants to get dressed on site
