The Chadwick offers three Wedding Reception Packages for you to choose from. You can choose from Sit Down service or Buffet. Packages require a minimum of 80 guests. All packages can be customized to suit your specific needs.

Classic Package

• Hors d'Oeuvre display of Crudite, Cheese and Fruit serving for one hour
• Champagne Toast for the Bridal Party and up to 4 family tables
• Your choice of Sit Down or Buffet Menu
• Your choice of Wedding Cake displayed under our lit trellis
• Four hour House Brand Bar service
• Bridal room for the Bride, Groom and Bridal party to gather prior to being welcomed into the Ballroom. Champagne and Hors d'Oeuvre will be served.
• Glass pedestal centerpieces
• Use of the Ballroom facility for six hours
• A floor plan of your design that includes table linens, linen napkins in your choice of color, elevated head table for up to 12 guests adorned with candelabra, dance floor and all other skirted tables such as cake table, gift table, cookie table and registration table.
• Complimentary Engraved Champagne Flutes for the Bride and Groom
• Complimentary Guest Registration Book
• Use of our Card Holder on the Gift Table
• Displaying of your cookies at a buffet table or trays for each guest table
• Event coordinator for the entire evening.

Elegant Package

• Hors d'Oeuvre display of Crudite, Cheese and Fruit serving for one hour
• Your choice of four Butlered Hors d'Oeuvre serving for one hour or Shrimp Cocktail served on the Hors d'Oeuvre display
• Champagne Toast for all guests
• Your choice of Sit Down or Buffet Menu
• Your choice of Wedding Cake displayed under our lit trellis
• Five hour House Brand Bar service
• Bridal room for the Bride, Groom and Bridal party to gather prior to being welcomed into the Ballroom. Champagne and Hors d'Oeuvre will be served.
