Menu and Service Options

In addition to our menu offerings, we also can provide Pastry Stations, Flaming Dessert Stations, or Fruit and Fondue Stations. These can add excitement to the reception.

Special dietary menus can be arranged as well as special ethnic dishes.

Chair covers, specialty linens and other atmosphere services can be arranged.

Bar Information

All of our receptions include House Brand or Premium Brand bar service. A non alcoholic option is also available. Dinner Wine Service and Punch service can also be arranged.

Premium brand bar service includes the following brands: Canadian Club Whiskey, Jack Daniels Bourbon, Dewars Scotch, Skyy Vodka, Bacardi Light Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Tangueray Gin, Peach Schnapps, Amaretto and Coffee Liqueur.

Copperidge Chardonnay and White Zinfandel and Settlers Creek Merlot.

Coors Light and Molson draft beers are also served.

Booking Information

To book your wedding reception, a minimum guest guarantee will be required. A deposit of $750.00 will be required to guarantee your date along with a signed contract. The Chadwick is happy to put a courtesy hold on your date for up to 7 days that requires no financial obligation while you are coordinating other details of your wedding.

Discounts

The Chadwick is pleased to offer a 15% discount on packages for Friday evening and Sunday evening wedding receptions as well as on specific out of season dates.
